My favourite smoothie bowl when I am looking to indulge in a dessert-like treat and want to just place everything in the blender! Perfect for anytime of the day!

Serves 1 large bowl or 2 regular bowls
Approx. $2.55 AUD per bowl
Equipment Required: Food processor or blender
2 bananas, frozen
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup coconut yoghurt
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. activated buckinis
1 tbsp. cashews
1 tbsp. coconut nectar syrup
1 fig, quartered
- Place base ingredients into your blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
- Pour base ingredients into a bowl and garnish with any of the above garnish ideas.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
